Team Aguirre has completed several projects for us. On one occasion they not only added a bay window to our dark living room, opening it to a gorgeous view of our wooded property, but they completed it on a tight deadline, mostly in the rain! Julie and Mike are very professional in both their work ethics and in their handling of the COVID19 issues we have all be facing. I hired them to complete a basic unfinished basement. We went from bare bones to a 1500+ sq ft finished basement. The scope of the work was large and included such items as: moving HVAC (wires, ducts etc), additional electric outlets, plumbing (hook ups), frame out, installing a new window, trim out, doors both standard and barn and painting. Julie and Michael were great to work with. I contacted them about renovating the full bath in my 1950s Craftsman home. They were very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, including working through the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. I had a lot of questions about what to expect (my first major renovation project), and they were great about presenting solutions and offering ideas. They were also accommodating: I wanted to do the demo, select/purchase the finishes, install some of the plumbing, etc. They were great throughout, and weren't pushy about using specific suppliers. They are also extremely communicative, which helped resolve potential issues as they came up, including floor joists that weren't level, an outdated plumbing stack that needed to be replaced, and a tub that arrived with an unsatisfactory finish.
